British-based One Breath Gaming announced a parting of ways with its VALORANT roster following the cancellation of VALORANT Regional Leagues 2022 CIS: Milestone Stage 1. It was a tough decision for One Breath Gaming, and one which will see the organization leave competitive VALORANT indefinitely.
“Due to the cancellation of VALORANT Regional Leagues 2022 CIS: Milestone Stage 1, our organization has made a difficult decision,” wrote One Breath Gaming. “We are leaving VALORANT indefinitely. Starting today, our VALORANT roster players are becoming free agents and open to offers.”
The latest One Breath Gaming VALORANT roster was formed last fall, undergoing changes in January. During this time, the Russian team became the winner of RUSH to Glory #4 and Razer Invitational Europe, but failed to qualify for VCT 2022: CIS Stage 1 Challengers. As a result, the team went to play at VALORANT Regional Leagues 2022 CIS: Milestone Stage 1, where they lost two matches before the championship was cancelled.
