Mobile Global Esports Inc. recently hosted two collegiate gaming tournaments at Lovely Professional University from April 4th to the 6th. With more than 400 teams competing in divisional competitions across the country, this ended up being the biggest collegiate video game tournament in the country’s history.
On April 4th, 24 teams competed against each other in Battlegrounds Mobile India. After that, eight teams faced off in VALORANT. It all led up to the closing ceremonies which took place on April 6th.
The Mumbai Sharks ended up taking first in both BGMI and VALORANT events. As a result, their team walked away with a prize of $1,966.
