Red Bull has partnered with AMD, Backforce, and AGON by AOC to launch Red Bull Wololo: Legacy, an Age of Empires tournament set to be held in Germany in the fall. The tournament features three Age of Empires games, all of which have been updated for modern devices: Age of Empires I: Definitive Edition, Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, and Age of Empires IV.
Red Bull Wololo: Legacy was organized to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the popular Age of Empires franchise published by Microsoft, who will be officially supporting the tournament.
AGON by AOC will serve as the official monitor partner for the event, while AMD has been named technology partner. Meanwhile Backforce will provide all the gaming chairs for the competitors.
The grand finals for the event have been scheduled for October 21st to the 30th, and will be held in Castle Heidelberg in Germany.
