GamerFest Returning To Ireland

Ireland’s biggest and most popular gaming and esports festival, GamerFest, is making its long-awaited return to the RDS, Dublin this October 22nd and 23rd. First established in 2017, GamerFest is expected to bring in over 5,000 attendees for a celebration of all things gaming and esports.

“It’s obviously been a really tough couple of years for everyone involved with live events and we certainly haven’t been immune,” said Stuart Dempsey, CEO of GamerFest. “But to see the excitement and anticipation amongst our community for the return of GamerFest is just incredible. We can’t wait to see everyone again at the RDS this October.”

Returning with the event is the GamerFest Live Stage, which features a variety of gaming content including tournaments, special guest appearances, and gaming challenges. The tournament schedule will be announced over the summer.

Visitors can also expect a wide array of gaming and entertainment including looks at the newest titles, VR gaming, and technology, an expo hall, and a marketplace to snag the latest equipment and gear.

GamerFest will also showcase some of the most popular Irish streamers and content creators in the new Creator Zone, where attendees will get the chance to meet their favorites in the industry. Event organizers are expected to announce these guests in the coming weeks.
