Team Liquid recently announced it signed a multi-year partnership deal with Thorne HealthTech. This agreement will see Thorne become the official health and wellbeing partner of the world-famous esports organization.
This deal will see Thorne help Team Liquid improve its health and lifestyle performance through the use of at-home health tests, nutritional supplements, quizzes, and the introduction of new products to aid in sleep, mental focus, and energy. Additionally, several members of Team Liquid (like AverageJonas, Tiffae, Alixxa, and Acie) will serve as Thorne brand ambassadors, promoting the company through special events and sponsored content.
“For Team Liquid, this partnership represents the next step in our 360, holistic approach to athlete training, as well as promoting healthy best practices for our extended Liquid community and fans,” said Steve Arhancet, the CO-CEO of Team Liquid. “In the past, the physical demands put on the bodies of esports athletes were often overlooked by the industry, but working with Thorne will empower our organization to address how to best educate and fuel our athletes in a way that helps them reach maximum potential.“
Since it was founded in 2000, Team Liquid has emerged as one of the world’s most recognizable esports brands. The organization supports rosters competing in various esports titles including League of Legends, CS:GO, Dota 2, Rocket League, and more.
