We have a list of the winners from The 2022 Game Awards. Geoff Keighley’s annual video game award ceremony was held on December 8th. Now that the event is past us, we can confirm that Elden Ring was named Game of the Year.
That wasn’t its only honor. It was also able to take home the hardware in three other categories: best game direction, best art direction, and best RPG.
Stray was named the year’s best indie game. And, surprisingly, Marvel Snap won the award for mobile game of the year.
On the creative side of things, Ludwig was named the Content Creator of the Year. LOUD’s VALORANT team was named the esports team of the year. And VALORANT took home the award for esports game of the year.
