On Friday, Project Worldwide, an independent and employee-owned network of creative agencies, acquired OS Studios in an effort to expand the company’s expertise in the gaming industry. This acquisition is expected to accelerate Project’s commitment to serving “all aspects of the exploding gaming and esports space.”
Robert G. Vallee, Jr. is Project Worldwide’s Chairman and CEO. He believes OS Studios is a great fit for the company. “From Motive to Praytell, Argonaut, George P Johnson, and Shoptology, our network of agencies have been delivering strong work in the gaming space around the globe, and we see a huge opportunity to build on this momentum,” said Vallee, Jr. “For years, we’ve been searching for the right agency to expand our footprint in gaming and esports, and OS Studios brings true category expertise and innovation. We’re incredibly selective about the agencies we bring into our network, and their shared values, ambition, and collaborative culture made the OS team a perfect fit.”
OS Studios was founded in 2018 by CEO John Higgins and COO Ian Packard. The company has developed both live and remote broadcasting capabilities since being founded. Some of the clients they work with include EA Sports, Activision Blizzard, Take-Two Interactive, Twitch, Washington Esports, AB InBev, and Under Armour.
