E3 is now expected to be a part of IGN’s “Summer of Gaming 2021”. The partnership means that E3’s world-famous gaming industry trade event will now be integrated into IGN’s lineup. As part of the agreement, the first-ever all-digital E3 will take place from June 12th to June 15th on IGN.
“We are focused on ensuring that E3 continues to be the most innovative and collaborative event in the video game industry, so enlisting some of the industry’s biggest media partners to help deliver the highly-anticipated news, reveals and more is crucial to a successful showcase,” said Stanley Pierre-Louis, the President of the Entertainment Software Association (ESA).
IGN’s “Summer of Gaming” is a digital event held in June where members of the gaming industry come together to unveil new games and make announcements. This will be the second year in a row that IGN will hold the “Summer of Gaming”.
