On April 30th, Serba Dinamik Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Malaysia Esports Federation (MESF), Esports Selangor Association (ESS), and University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering (UNIMY). The organizations will be working together to create an esports development center in the country.
“Through this collaboration and with the support of these key stakeholders, Serba Dinamik aims to bring homegrown e-sports talent to the international stage by leveraging on world-class infrastructure, talent development program, and talent profiling system,” said CEO Datuk Dr Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah. “With so much potential for e-sports to grow big in this country, we at Serba Dinamik feel the time is ripe for us to get involved in it.”
Selangor Esports City is expected to be open and operational by next year. It will offer world-class esports facilities and a gaming academy as well as a top-tier gaming incubator.
