Intema Solutions Inc. announced it signed a letter of intent with Livestream Gaming Ltd, Belize. As a result of this transaction, Intema will acquire all issued and outstanding securities of capital in Livestream. The deal was worth $14.75 million.
Intema Solutions will take control of Livestream’s lucrative website LOOT.BET. It is a Curaçao-licensed server-based real-money gaming platform for esports betting.
