Late June was an incredibly busy time for gaming peripheral brand Turtle Beach. It all started on June 24th, when the company announced it had agreed to a partnership with New York Knicks’ guard Immanuel Quickley. The deal will see Quickley exclusively use Turtle Beach accessories.
“Competing at the highest levels is in our brand DNA, so it’s a privilege for us to partner with athletes like Immanuel. Working together, we want to motivate and inspire our collective fans who enjoy good competition, both on and off the court,” said Ryan Dell, the SVP of Global Marketing at Turtle Beach. “We’re honored to have him join the Turtle Beach family and are looking forward to working with him on powerful content as he continues building his NBA career.”
Following that announcement, the company revealed it had agreed to another partnership with NBA player Grayson Allen from the Memphis Grizzlies. Allen will now exclusively use Turtle Beach products also, including the Elite Pro and Stealth 700 Gen 2 gaming headsets.
Just one day later, Turtle Beach unveiled a long-term partnership with GLSEN. Over the next few years, these organizations will work closely together to support LGBTQ+ members in the gaming and esports communities as part of this deal.
