AudioMob Finds Itself At The Intersection Of Gaming And Audio Advertising

A start-up company called AudioMob has been widely accepted as a new form of advertising in video games. In fact, a recent study by YouGov showed the organization has been “warmly and positively received” after it was revealed that 75% of mobile gamers prefer audio ads over video advertisements.

According to Luke Taplin-McCallum, an Account Strategist at AudioMob, the feedback they have gotten shows “the traffic generated from our ads vs. Instagram Swipe Ups is much more engaged and much more likely to convert into a follower or a fan.” 

AudioMob is currently in its open beta version. Once the program is completely launched, it is being reported that it will work similarly to Facebook’s advertising platform, providing users with fully flexible budgets.

AudioMob was founded in 2020 and is currently based in London. The organization reportedly raised $15 million in a seed round of funding.
