On June 1st, Wondr Gaming announced it had officially completed the acquisition of Enterprise Gaming Canada. As part of the deal, Wondr Gaming issued 4 million shares of stock in the company to Enterprise Gaming Canada shareholders for $0.25 per share.
Just six days later, Wondr Gaming completed the acquisition of Hot Dot Media Inc. That deal was first announced on May 25th.
Following this news, Wondr Gaming released a statement that confirmed that Toronto Raptors point guard Fred VanVleet had joined the company’s executive team. He will now serve as the organization’s Director of Strategic Athlete Engagement.
