Cloud9 Partners With Dusty And Kingston FURY

The North American esports organization Cloud9 recently announced it had entered into a partnership with the Icelandic gaming company Dusty. This deal will see Dusty serve as Cloud9’s exclusive partner for the 2021 League of Legends World Championship.

Dusty will provide facilities for the team. They will also aid the company in logistical and promotional activities for the LoL World Championships, which are being held in Reykjavik, Iceland.

“We are thrilled to be working with a behemoth in the industry like Cloud9. The partnership is a tremendous testament to the hard work everyone associated with Dusty has put in and has all the necessary ingredients to expedite our rapid growth even further,” said Asbjorn Daniel, the CEO of Dusty. “In my view, this collaboration recognizes the fact that esports is truly a borderless phenomenon and solidifies our belief that an organization from Iceland can build a genuinely differentiated brand in this market on a global scale.”

Days later, Cloud9 unveiled another partnership, this one with Kingston FURY. The company will now serve as the official technology memory provider of Cloud9.
