Poole Software Creates Esports App Aimed At FIFA Fans

Designed and built by Poole Software and the marketing agency b4b, the PGS Esports app allows FIFA’s millions of users to easily enter statistics, create teams, take part in tournaments, and win awards. In the app’s nine months of existence, it has already been downloaded more than 45,000 times in more than 150 countries. It also recently made the top 150 sports apps for Apple mobile devices.

“PGS is one of our most exciting clients to work with,” said Scott Sugden, Senior Project Manager for brb. “They have great potential to become a global player in the esports industry as a whole and are committed to constantly building on their technology by working with us to provide new and innovative features to their users. They have an ambitious vision to provide the best worldwide platform for competitions and leagues for all games, and we have already seen a huge leap in growth since their incorporation. We are excited to be a part of this journey and can’t wait to see what we can achieve together in the coming years.”

The app, which can be translated into any language, recently had its tournament module go live, giving users the ability to create tournaments. B4b is already planning new features that will let users’ live stream games, and earn PGS coins and quickly find new players to offer contracts to.
