The Elder Scrolls Online Has Been Temporarily Removed From Xbox Cloud Gaming

As of February 11th, The Elder Scrolls Online has been removed from Xbox Cloud Gaming while the development team fixes frequent player disconnect issues plaguing the game. The title is still accessible for players to download to their consoles and play directly. However, the MMORPG will not be available to stream for a while. While the Xbox Cloud Gaming team has discovered a fix that should solve the problem, an exact date has not yet been given as to when the game will once again be available to play, although, it is expected to take a few months for the fix to be implemented.

It’s certainly not unheard of for continuously updated MMORPGs to occasionally run into some technical issues. Luckily, the game is still very much playable. Players can simply download the game onto their consoles and start playing at any time. And, the great thing with Xbox Cloud Gaming is that compatible titles can be played on pretty much any device.

Still, this announcement is likely to irritate a large portion of the game’s loyal fan base that has been built up over the last eight years.
