PLDT Global Forms Partnership With OneQode

PLDT Global Corporation has formed a partnership with gaming infrastructure provider OneQode to strengthen the gaming experience of the esports community in the Philippines. The deal will see OneQode establish its gaming network in the country to boost its operating capabilities as it delivers latency for gamers.

“The Philippines is in a very strategic location for OneQode, which ensures that gamers using PLDT in the Philippines get the best latency to APAC Central,” said Ben Cooper, Co-Founder and Chief Architect of OneQode.

APAC Central allows gamers from Asia and Oceania to connect, find new friends and rivals, develop skills, and learn new strategies from fellow gamers.

With Australia-based OneQode, Asia-Pacific has grown closer through the company’s global gaming infrastructure, which has built a server to unlock cross-regional gameplay.
