Tag Heuer’s New Function Shows Off Your NFTs On Watches

The luxury watchmaker Tag Heuer is changing the time-keeping industry with the introduction of a new tool that allows people to connect their cryptocurrency wallets to the company’s products so that people can display NFTs on the face of their smartwatch. This functionality was first introduced to the Tag Heuer Connected Calibre E4 smartwatch before making its way onto the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store as a free update.

The watches allow users to securely connect their crypto wallets to the device. From there, the watch will offer three ways to display the time all while showcasing NFT artwork built on the Ethereum blockchain.

“Not launching our own NFT collection but allowing collectors to use their NFTs in a new way was the most obvious first step. We speak to all passionate collectors,” said Tag Heuer CEO Frédéric Arnault.

Tag Heuer is a Swiss luxury watchmaking company owned by LVMH. This organization was originally founded as Uhrenmanufaktur Heuer AG in 1860.
