Tundra Esports Ventures Into Music And Soccer

A British musician just wrote an anthem for the gamers of the world. Thanks to a recent partnership with the London-based video game organization Tundra Esports, rapper P Money was able to release a new song entitled Outplayed, which Tundra has described as “the first official grime gaming song.”

A 3:14-long music video accompanying the song was posted to YouTube by P Money on August 4th. As of this writing, the song has been viewed over 210,000 times on YouTube. You can also stream it on Spotify.

When explaining how he was inspired to write the song, P Money said he was “driven by the gap” that he sees today between music and gaming. He also believes that grime music “blends really well” with games.

Besides releasing Outplayed with P Money, the organization also recently announced that Liverpool soccer player Virgil Van Dijk had joined the esports group as a shareholder. Here, he will serve as a brand ambassador for Tundra while mentoring the organization’s players in hit games, like FIFA, of course.

Van Dijk is a 31-year-old Dutch professional soccer player. He has played for the Netherlands national team since 2015, scoring five goals in 47 international appearances.
