The UK-based company Aggero recently announced it raised $2 million in a seed funding round. With this investment, the company has raised $3.3 million to date. This money will be used to develop Aggero’s technology, with a specific focus on machine learning models, media measurement, data intelligence, and content creator monetization processes.
This funding round was led by LAUNCHub Ventures. Other participating investors included GapMinder, SCM Advisors, Klaas Kersting, and Phil Mohr.
“Our tech is AI-based video analytics and measurement technology which matches marketing standards. This allows brand CMOs more certainty and confidence to spend more money in the space, thus empowering esports right holders to correctly measure and optimize their ROI,” said Cristian Manea, the CEO of Aggero. “This has been a major blocker for esports teams and tournament operators to date, and our technology provides marketing teams the tools they need to have the conviction to go big and commit more fully to esports and gaming opportunities.”
Aggero is a London-based organization that was founded in 2018. This end-to-end streaming platform aims to automate the marketing process in the esports industry while providing companies and influencers with important data that highlights growth in the video game space.
